Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
  • Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to deliver holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients.
  • Respond to client crises by providing immediate intervention and support, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications
  • An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by your ability to build rapport and establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • A commitment to cultural competence, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting will be advantageous.
