This position is entirely remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration without the need for commuting. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a structured yet flexible approach to client interactions. • Conduct detailed intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth and healing.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation through our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in clinical supervision sessions and in-house training programs to enhance your clinical competence and professional development.

As an Associate Mental Health Counselor, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play an essential role in supporting clients from various demographics, helping them navigate their mental health journeys. • Active associate registration in Nevada, holding either AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern credentials.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field is necessary.

• Ability to effectively manage caseloads while maintaining high standards of client care and documentation.
