We are currently seeking a Junior Contact Center Developer Day to Day job duties include:

  • Develop and maintain contact center applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
  • Support contact center platforms, telephony systems, IVR workflows, call routing, and related technologies.
  • Assist in integrating contact center solutions with CRM, customer service, and backend business applications.
  • Develop and support REST APIs, data exchanges, and system integrations.
  • Create automation scripts using Python and other scripting technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support for business users.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
  • Monitor application performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, application support, or contact center technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE CXone, or similar technologies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,168.00 to $130,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
