Job description

Job Description
As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive the success of LNG Manufacturing Projects. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to flawless project execution. Your expertise will be key in tracking and coordinating projects to unearth trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. The development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets will be under your purview, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a primarily on-site work schedule. Occasional remote work on an as-needed basis can be accommodated.
In this role, you will impact the company by positively contributing to plant safety and performance culture and by helping the team meet challenging schedules and budgets. Your impact will resonate across the organization, driving positive change and positioning us for sustained success in a competitive global market.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to site safety performance by auditing on-site contractors per company guidelines.
  • Align projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals.
  • Lead and manage projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
  • Weekly assessment of earned value and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted project costs.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks for projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays, and to develop recovery plans as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications
You Must Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication project management or relevant manufacturing experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management, including close collaboration with safety, procurement, quality, planning, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets with strict adherence to policies and regulations.
