Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations
  • Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements
  • Ensure dealership safety meeting, inspection, and site audit compliance
  • Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting
  • Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs
  • Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e. sales forms, buyerโ€™s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs
  • Lead corrective action programs and follow-up processes
  • Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture

Location: Remote, based out of CA or the Pacific Northwest

Hybrid/In-Office options if based out of Orange County, CA or Portland, OR

Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Qualifications

  • Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
  • Multi-Store Automotive dealership experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR, and hazardous waste regulations
  • Experience with KPA and/or ComplyAuto
  • Knowledge of dealership sales and F&I compliance
  • Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
  • Experience programming forms in the DMS and CRM
  • Experience with CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
