Job Title: Training Solutions Specialist - Sales
Location: USA - remote

As a Training Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding BSI's training portfolio across the Americas. Utilising your sales expertise and, your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will drive revenue growth within existing client accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

This is a telephony based sales role which will maximize sales profitability through a combination of lead follow-up, strategic prospecting, and effective promotion of BSI products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

  • Effectively articulate and position BSI products and services to key departmental decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.

  • Identify, articulate, and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that align with specific client requirements.

  • Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, building strong sales relationships to ensure a robust and continuous pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities.

  • Participate in and adhere to a structured sales model focused on attracting and developing new business.

  • Monitor emerging market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities that drive new revenue generation.

  • Engage in ongoing sales training and promotional initiatives to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2 - 4 years sales experience within B2B or B2C environments.

  • Previous experience in prospecting and lead generation.

  • An excellent telephone manner with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • The ability to positively handle client objections.

  • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
