Job description

We are seeking a talented designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to utilize their skills across multiple types of design needs and is ready to push themselves. If you enjoy solving design challenges and working with a blank canvas, then let's see what you've got.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with paid media teams to design and optimize performance-driven creative across digital channels
  • Develop and iterate on ad creative based on performance data, platform best practices, and testing insights
  • Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates' ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisions
  • Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
  • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
  • Research on new solutions and offerings
  • Deep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of agency experience or the like
  • Experience designing for performance marketing and paid media, with an understanding of platform nuances
  • A broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Intimate knowledge of industry tools
  • Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
  • Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
  • Great communication skills
  • Takes criticism very well
  • Deep understanding of current trends
