Requirements

As the Senior Visual Designer, you'll lead the creation of high-quality, detail-oriented design for Commence across marketing campaigns, events, web, and sales collateral. We're looking for someone who can balance creativity, strategy, and execution to ensure every design reflects our brand, strengthens our market presence, and supports key business goals.  

  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Experience, Marketing Lead, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, creative visuals across digital and print channels. 
  • Create high-quality concepts and polished final assets for social content, campaign creative, sales materials, and web pages. 
  • Translate project goals and creative direction into clear, compelling visual solutions tailored to specific audiences and channels. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quick-turn requests with longer-term initiatives. 
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by developing targeted, on-brand designs for high-visibility accounts. 
  • Communicate clearly with project owners, take direction well, and collaborate effectively throughout the design process.  
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep creative fresh and forward-looking.  
  • Video editing skills are a plus and contribute to dynamic multimedia content that supports our marketing initiatives. 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital design; experience in tech or SaaS environments is a plus. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, event and experiential design, sales collateral, and web design.  
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools; familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). 
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts with targeted, audience specific designs. 
  • Experience designing for web platforms such as Elementor or similar tools. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, collaborate across teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.  
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. 
  • Video editing skills are a plus, especially for short-form content supporting marketing efforts.
