As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct compassionate and confidential individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Employ solution-focused treatment methodologies to assist clients in developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring progress towards their mental health goals.
• Facilitate insight-building discussions to help clients understand their emotions, relationships, and life situations.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, helping clients to enhance their quality of life.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. By fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, you will empower clients to gain insights and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a genuine empathy for clients.
• Proficient computer literacy and experience using technology for remote counseling services.
• A suitable computer equipped with a webcam and reliable audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• A dependable and high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless video conferencing.

While the minimum experience required is 2 years in a counseling role, we prefer candidates with a demonstrated ability to engage successfully with diverse patient populations. Experience with digital counseling tools or platforms is an advantage, as is familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability. Additional benefits include:
