• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client, with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, aimed at addressing diverse mental health disorders and conditions.
• Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients requiring immediate assistance, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain precise, accurate, and confidential client records, complying with legal standards and ethical guidelines established by mental health professions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training workshops and remaining informed about advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.
• Adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines outlined by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations, ensuring quality care.

The therapist will provide services to a diverse population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
