Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and electrification expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team, both locally and globally.

You'll play a key role in delivering electrification solutions that meet project targets and ensure seamless coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with on-shore and off-shore engineering teams, construction teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and execution of electrification systems. We'll look to you for:

  • Coordinating design needs, sourcing requirements, and project targets, including preparing business cases and client presentations

  • Managing risks through identification, regular updates to the risk register, and coordinating mitigation actions

  • Overseeing requirements capture, allocation, and closure at each project stage, including V&V activities

  • Defining and updating design production KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders

  • Managing modifications from identification to implementation across electrification subsystems

  • Preparing and coordinating the DFQ process with stakeholders in design, safety, cybersecurity, and subsystems

  • Proposing and implementing innovative ways of working, including remote team collaboration and improved communication

  • Coordinating target price definitions with relevant stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Canadian standards and common practices is an asset
