• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client preferences.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish and refine therapeutic goals, adapting strategies as necessary to support ongoing progress.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, tracking progress against treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele may vary significantly in background, life experiences, and therapeutic needs, requiring adaptable and personalized approaches to treatment.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport, even in a virtual context, demonstrating compassion and understanding.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective session management and documentation.

• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors is an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies beyond the standard practices, allowing for a broader spectrum of client treatment.
