Overview

Position Summary:

Looing for a dynamic leader with previous experience leading a regional field service team. Under the direction of the Director of Service, this individual will be empowered to direct and manage the activities of all field engineering representatives within a service area.  Provides appropriate service support to customers and internal departments of Werfen. The region managed would include Michigan, Ilinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. 

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Develops plans, programs, budgets, and operating procedures for assigned service area.
  • Provides customers with prompt and effective installation, maintenance and service support.
  • Manages efficient scheduling and the allocation of human and capital resources.
  • Selects, hires, develops, and evaluates field service representatives within the area.
  • Administers capital revenue and expense budgets incurred by subordinates.
  • Establishes work standards and measurements.
  • Monitors the technical reporting system.
  • Performs other duties as position requires

Qualifications

Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $120,000 to $150,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.

This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
