Remote Recruiter - Logansport, IN

This is not a driving role or a logistics position. American Trucking Solutions is a corporate support hub hiring a Remote Recruiter to work from your home office in Logansport. We are looking for someone who can manage phone conversations, track details in a database, and help new team members through a remote setup process. No field work, no cold calling, and no trucking knowledge required.

What You Will Earn

Your weekly income will range from $1,000 to $2,000, paid directly to you under a 1099 arrangement. This is a performance-based structure with clear targets and no cap on what you can earn each week.

Where Your Candidates Come From

You will never make a single cold call. Our system provides you with warm inbound leads and application inquiries from people who have already shown interest. Your job is to pick up the phone, screen these candidates, and move them forward.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone-based screening interviews with pre-qualified applicants.
  • Log every interaction and update candidate status in our CRM software.
  • Guide selected individuals through a remote onboarding checklist, step by step.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates ready for the next stage.
