  • Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) opportunities, including understanding of VA organizational structure, acquisition processes, and healthcare modernization initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, customer-focused, and evaluator-friendly proposal content.

  • Experience working under aggressive proposal deadlines while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposals and federal healthcare opportunities.
  • Experience serving as a Solution Architect, Chief Architect, Technical Lead, Capture Architect, or Technical Volume Lead on winning federal proposals.
  • Strong understanding of Shipley Proposal Methodology.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile, Agile software development, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Knowledge of VA systems, Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM), interoperability, FHIR, HL7, HealthShare, VistA, or healthcare data integration initiatives.
  • Federal proposal win experience supporting opportunities valued at $10M+.
