  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, client events, and sponsorships.

  • Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline impact.

  • Support co-marketing activities with alliance partners where relevant.

  • Ensure events are integrated into broader multi-channel campaign journeys, with clear pre-event promotion, audience strategy, sales follow-up, and performance tracking.

Performance, analytics and operations
  • Execute and manage campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and lead tracking to support targeted marketing activity.

  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain robust campaign tracking and reporting processes.

  • Monitor campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and commercial impact.

  • Support regular reporting on marketing activity, performance, and pipeline contribution.

Stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with regional business and growth teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and pipeline objectives.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders within the region across practices.

  • Collaborate across Global Marketing, acting as a key link between global and regional teams to ensure campaigns are coordinated, consistent, and effectively delivered.

  • Support regional sales and growth teams with campaign assets, messaging, event follow-up materials, and performance insights that enable stronger client engagement.

Skills and competencies
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing within a professional services or complex organization.

  • Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to defined campaign architecture.

  • Good understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.

  • Ability to develop clear, engaging, and commercially focused marketing content, applying messaging frameworks and maintaining strong brand and visual consistency.

  • Strong execution capability with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams, regions, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Analytical approach, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize activity based on insights.

  • Ability to apply strategic messaging frameworks in campaign execution, with an understanding of how messaging supports broader commercial objectives.

  • Confident use of AI tools to support campaign execution and content development, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine outputs.

  • Curiosity about audience behavior and how messaging, channel choice, and campaign journeys influence engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles.
