As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Edge Delivery Services SolutionsArchitectyou will work closely with our clients on critical digital transformation programs which drive the customer experience, optimize costs, create efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. You will be responsible for the leadership, planning and management of assignedAEM relatedclient engagements and participate in all aspects of the lifecycle which includes estimating,requirements gathering, solution andtechnical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.

The Work:

This is a hands-on delivery role.As a solution lead you will work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations. Accountable to a program leadership team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of AEM implementations as well as business enablement and migration work packages relating tocontent supply chaintechnology. This role requires a high-level of flexibility, but day to day responsibilities will typically include

  • Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops

  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management (AEM)Sitesusing Edge Delivery Servicesand Assetssolutions.

  • Working with the project manager to define project deliver approach

  • You will work closely with clients, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build state-of-the-artcontent supply chain solutionsusing AdobeExperience Cloud products.

  • Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business needs, long-term strategy, and creative design.

  • Champion engineering rigor throughout all AEM projects by promoting concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation.

  • Provide technical guidance to AEM developersand practitionersaround best practices in AEM developmentand configuration- both back-end and front-end execution.

  • Be hands-on with the codeand configurationwhen needed

  • Provide architectural guidance/input around environment configuration, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.

  • Manage project teams of 10 or morepeoplein both onsite and remote, global locations.

  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of AEM Sites onEdge Delivery ServicesandDocument-based / Universal Editor authoring, bridging from traditional AEM Sites (AEM as a Cloud Service / on-prem) where clients are mid-migration.

  • Define and leadClassic-AEM Edge Delivery migrationstrategy: content supply chain modeling, template/block mapping, and large-scale automated content import.

  • ChampionAI-accelerated delivery-apply AI-assisted development, migration, and content-authoring tooling to compress project timelines, and advise clients on adopting Adobe's AI capabilities (Firefly, AEM AI Assistant, GenStudio, Adobe Experience Platform/AI Agents) within their content supply chain.

  • Provide architectural guidance on environment configuration, caching,CDN/edge compute, performance (Core Web Vitals), security, and governance.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 7 yearsof experience architecting and delivering full-lifecycle software/digital experience projects, including deep hands-onAEM Sites(AEMaaCS and/or 6.x) delivery.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience acrossAdobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets)-you've architected and delivered full-lifecycle AEM programs.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Edge Delivery Services experience-building/authoringEdge Deliverysites (blocks, document-based or Universal Editor authoring, Git-based dev workflow, aem.live delivery pipeline) and a working grasp of front-end fundamentals (vanilla JS, CSS, Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with each of the following: leading discovery/design workshops; coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and review deliverables; working with remote, global delivery teams.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experiencemigrating traditional AEM Sites to Edge Delivery Services(or comparable modern-web re-platforming at enterprise scale).

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Point If:

  • Enterprise DAM /AEM Assetsdelivery.

  • AdobeTarget, Analytics, AEP, Campaign, Workfront, Fireflyimplementation experience.

  • Multi-brand / multi-site architecture, design-token/design-system governance, and federated component strategies.
