As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of crucial functions, including:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and formulate effective treatment strategies tailored to individual requirements.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions using diverse, evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to foster healing and personal growth.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current, state-issued license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to create rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor in handling sensitive client issues and concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations will be given preference. Additionally, those who have a background in integrative or holistic approaches to therapy may also find a good fit within our practice.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on your experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes:
