Title: Guidewire Application Development Manager
Location: Remote (prefers hybrid in Raleigh, NC or Jersey City, NJ)
Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical leader for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
  • Drive architecture, solution design, and technical delivery for Claims initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, cloud deployments, and modernization efforts.
  • Influence and guide a global Claims delivery team of 10+ resources, including offshore teams.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leadership.
  • Own technical decision-making across architecture, integrations, releases, and production support.
  • Manage application portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and platform strategy.
  • Ensure successful delivery through Agile practices and strong engineering governance.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for Claims technology and Guidewire best practices.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
  • 7-9+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
  • Multiple end-to-end ClaimCenter implementations
  • Strong Guidewire Cloud experience, including deployments and architecture
  • Hands-on Guidewire development, configuration, and solution design background
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
  • Experience leading technical delivery teams and guiding offshore resources
  • Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of:
