Onward Healing Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and assessments to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions, as well as family and couples therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support client engagement and healing.
  • Collaboratively work with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards concerning confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications
