Key Position Information
  • FTE: 0.8 (64 hours per two-week pay period)

  • Planning:
    • Create a plan that prescribes interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
    • Develop individualized plans considering patient characteristics and situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing support
Licenses/Certifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin required by the end of orientation

Compensation
