WorkWave is looking for a driven Account Manager who possesses strong consultative and presentation skills. You will be responsible for learning how to navigate a Field Service software solution, provide online demonstrations, and consistently achieve a monthly quota.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long-term success
  • Educate and consult customers on how our solutions directly impact business performance, efficiency, and growth
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations, effectively guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close new business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through strong pipeline management and value-driven selling
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, lead sourcing, and networking
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking within Salesforce CRM
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously
  • Experience driving a sales pipeline
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling within the field service or T&L industries is a plus
  • This is an inside sales role
In our dedication to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for sales roles, which is $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission. The final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
