Overview
The Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the product development process from the initial concept through the delivery of finished garments. This role partners closely with internal teams and global vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of seasonal collections, while identifying opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency, reduce lead times, and support sustainability initiatives.
The Senior Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for supporting product cost analysis, adherence to the Time and Action calendar, performance, fostering strong supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the sourcing process.
This role requires strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to support cost negotiations, product development, and milestone tracking.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to drive continuous improvement in performance, including capacity, compliance, capability, and innovation.
  • Lead cost analysis and vendor negotiations to achieve margin targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate supplier cost structures in relation to capacity constraints.
  • Support the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with regional strengths, production capacity, and brand objectives, ensuring optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and manage key development milestones using the Time and Action (T&A) calendar to ensure timely execution and on-time delivery of seasonal collections.
  • Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product feasibility, manufacturability, and alignment with seasonal timelines.
  • Process Improvement & Sustainability
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve sourcing efficiency, reduce lead times, and support the company's sustainability and responsible sourcing goals.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience working in a supply chain environment
  • Four years of experience in Global Product Development / Apparel Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Apparel / Textile manufacturing, Trade Regulations, Production cycle timelines and Apparel Costing
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel
