Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing chronic and acute health issues, mental health disorders, and social vulnerabilities. This role places a strong emphasis on Understanding the psychosocial influences on healthcare adherence and outcomes

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within Florida.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of mental health diagnostics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
