Job Description

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for applying the global brand strategy across social media platforms, with a main focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while staying up to date with the rapid evolution of the market.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and control the application of planning guidelines.

  • Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.

  • Develop category- and brand-specific benchmarks.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of social media strategies.

  • Maintain open and fluid communication with content teams, community managers, and influencer management, providing a 360 view of planning.

  • Monitor and analyze competitors' activity on social networks.

  • Track and analyze the performance of organic and paid campaigns, applying learnings to the global strategy.

  • Coordinate brand and agency social media teams.

  • Provide updates, guidance, and technical support related to platform and product updates for the activation team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital agencies.

  • Advanced level of English (will be assessed during the interview process).
