Role Overview
ABS Global, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Line Manager to support the tactical execution, coordination, and day-to-day management of the Sexcel and IntelliGen product lines. This role supports project management, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational delivery to ensure product initiatives run smoothly and align with commercial needs.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and the broader Product Line Management team to implement product strategies, support market readiness, and contribute to product growth. With demonstrated capability, this role may expand into more strategic responsibilities.
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the U.S. Midwest region. Candidates located near Genus PLC offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK may also be considered. Periodic travel to DeForest, WI will be required.
You Will
  • Assist in coordinating and executing product initiatives that support the Sexcel & IntelliGen product lines, including timelines, cross-functional updates, and tactical deliverables.
  • Support the Product Line Manager by gathering business requirements, tracking innovation needs, and maintaining updated documentation.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends; summarize insights and develop dashboards to support product strategy.
  • Create and maintain communication materials, selling tools, and product resources.
  • Support product life-cycle analysis, including data collection, reporting, and financial insights.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners.
  • Contribute to broader PLM activities as needed based on business priorities and workload.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
