This position offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and manage caseloads from the comfort of your home or designated location. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to inform treatment plans and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented based on individual client needs.
• Participating in regular group and individual supervision sessions to contribute to clinical discussions and promote professional development.
• Collaborating with the Oregon Health Authority to track enrollment and discharge data for clients receiving problem gambling treatment, ensuring compliance and improving service delivery.
• Coordinating care with local agencies including schools, community centers, police departments, and hospitals, to provide holistic support for your clients.
• Delivering educational workshops on behavioral health and addiction prevention to community groups, thereby enhancing public awareness and understanding.
• Engaging in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities as directed to stay updated with the latest best practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Developing and maintaining an oversight plan for quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI) within the agency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Completing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall agency goals.

This role primarily involves working with an adult population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our comprehensive outpatient services are designed to cater to the unique needs of these individuals, fostering an environment where recovery and personal growth are paramount.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• A Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master in Professional Counseling, or Master of Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon or Washington, fulfilling all state requirements.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

Candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health therapy are preferred. Experience in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, and community outreach will be considered assets.

Assisted Hand Medical Group offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
