The position is predominantly remote, offering flexibility that allows our Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers to provide effective therapy without the constraints of a long commute. • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, ensuring thorough follow-up protocols are in place.
• Engage actively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, collaborating to contribute to holistic treatment strategies that encompass physical and mental health aspects.
• Monitor and reassess clients’ progress, providing timely interventions when required to facilitate positive outcomes in their treatment journey.
• Conduct clinical assessments to ensure comprehensive understandings of clients’ needs, utilizing this information to inform treatment plan development.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and family members when appropriate, ensuring support systems are in place for clients, especially those impacted by addiction or mental health issues.

This role primarily involves working with clients in a detox center setting, focusing on those experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Our social workers provide crucial support to individuals at various stages of recovery, enhancing their resilience and capacity to engage in the treatment process. Understanding the complex interplay between mental health and substance use is critical for success in this role.

• Current and valid LICSW license to practice in Washington state.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of clinical practices.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills to effectively counsel clients and collaborate with a diverse array of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans based on individual client assessments.

• Experience providing services in telehealth or virtual environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis management and intervention with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly those used in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to client care.
