As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices, and implementing solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address a wide array of mental health concerns.
• Maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, to ensure all patient information is securely documented and accessible for future reference.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic approach for our patients, ensuring coordinated and effective treatment strategies.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, aimed at sharing insights and enhancing the overall quality of care provided within the team.
• Providing education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and access to community resources.
• Staying current with the latest research and trends in psychology and social work, incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges, trauma, or family dynamics. By employing tailored intervention strategies, you will help empower these individuals and families to navigate their paths toward improved mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proven proficiency in solution-focused therapy, with a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, equipped to address complex mental health issues.
• Experience working within a collaborative healthcare team.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
