Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our team as Remote BCBA/BCaBA professionals.

Position: Remote BCBA/BCaBA

Location: 100% Remote (Have a current Virginia license)

Salary Range:

  • BCBA: $82,450 - $102,820 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Incentive Program:
  • You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn up to $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification
  • LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Job Duties:

As a Remote BCBA with Civitas Health Services, you will:

  • Supervise and Mentor: Provide remote supervision to our team of Registered Behavioral Technicians, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
  • Assessment Expertise: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments, adapting to a variety of settings, including our center, home, school, and community environments.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs tailored to each client's unique goals and outcome measurements.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training and development opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians, empowering them to provide the best care.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to inform decisions and enhance treatment plans.
  • Collaborative Care: Ensure seamless care coordination with both internal and external treatment providers to provide the best possible outcomes.
  • Supervisory Leadership: Conduct clinical supervision to maintain the highest standards of care.
