- Collaborate with internal teams on PPC campaigns, promotional events, and inventory management.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account performance and recommendations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- 1-3 years of experience in Amazon account management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, best practices, and tools.
- Proven ability to optimize listings and increase visibility and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
