Senior Brand Manager (Maternity Cover) – 6-Month Contract Remote (U.S.) – Ideally East Coast Join a leading wellness and natural healthcare organization at an exciting time of growth. In this 6‐month maternity cover role, you will take ownership of three brands across the U.S., driving marketing programs from strategy through execution. You'll collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, and regulatory teams while leading innovative campaigns that increase brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, strategic input, and exposure to cross‐functional stakeholders at multiple levels. Base Pay $120,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr Role Highlights Develop and execute channel‐specific strategies with sales and key accounts to maximize brand performance. Implement consumer‐driven trade marketing programs that drive pharmacy distribution and Amazon growth. Analyze market and user data to continuously optimize campaigns and brand initiatives.
Lead product packaging updates, brand lifecycle management, and timely delivery of marketing materials. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to deliver high‐impact marketing initiatives. Requirements 5–7 years in product management within OTC, FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle/beauty sectors. Proven success delivering brand strategies, NPD launches, and sales growth initiatives. Strong digital marketing expertise and experience managing budgets and campaigns. Experience working on FDA‐accredited products. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
