Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to each client's needs.
  • Engage in empathetic dialogue with clients, helping to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress in therapy.
  • Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, including those with mobility challenges.
  • Document all interactions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and stay informed about advances in mental health care practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, supporting individuals facing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship difficulties, and more. Each client presents unique challenges, requiring customized strategies to foster resilience and healing. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward diverse client experiences and challenges.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain administrative duties alongside clinical responsibilities.
