Allegiant Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our thriving practice. This full-time, remote position allows professionals to deliver impactful mental health care through telehealth services, which cater primarily to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Allegiant Mental and Wellness Center is a private practice dedicated to providing personalized mental health care. Our team of licensed therapists specializes in empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives by addressing a spectrum of mental health issues through evidence-based therapy. In this remote setting, counselors will benefit from a comfortable and confidential virtual workspace, utilizing advanced telehealth platforms to ensure secure and effective client interactions. • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs and history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that align with best practices in the field.
• Regularly evaluate client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our practice management software.
• Engage actively in professional development activities including supervision, training, and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

Our therapeutic services cater to diverse populations, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a part of our dedicated team, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, essential for understanding and supporting clients effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Clinical experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
