• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for personal exploration, facilitating trust and openness.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in Washington State.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in social work, with a strong focus on mental health counseling. Preference will be given to candidates with five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written forms.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience working in addiction treatment settings, particularly with clients dealing with alcohol use disorders.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.
• Training in trauma-informed care approaches and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
