Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on individuals seeking help for alcohol use and related disorders. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, facing unique challenges in their recovery journeys. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
  • Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in Washington State.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in social work, with a strong focus on mental health counseling. Preference will be given to candidates with five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written forms.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience working in addiction treatment settings, particularly with clients dealing with alcohol use disorders.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.
