Job description

Seasonal Flex Pool Bartender

Position Summary
The Flex Bartender is responsible for crafting refreshing cocktails and beverages while delivering upbeat, polished service in a fast-paced outdoor setting. This role is both technical and guest-facing, balancing speed, accuracy, and hospitality. When the pool is slow you will also cover shifts in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Engage guests with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and par levels throughout service
  • Accurately ring orders into the POS and handle payments when applicable
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and local regulations
  • Assist with bar prep, opening, and closing duties
  • Support special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience required (hotel or resort experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
