Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing essential administrative support. The hourly rate for this position starts at $15/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
  • Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
