Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our electronic medical record system to actively monitor, document, and communicate patient progress, ensuring adherence to their individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate positively in required team meetings, discussing cases and strategies to enhance client care.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant ethical codes and professional standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.
  • Follow all internal policies, procedures, and protocols as dictated by the organization to provide consistent and high-quality mental health services.
  • Consistently follow directives set by your supervisor, demonstrating reliability and accountability in your work schedule.
  • Engage in ongoing review and adjustment of treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress toward their established goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will play a crucial role in facilitating therapeutic interventions that promote emotional resilience and equip young individuals with coping strategies for their daily lives. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with adolescents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong aptitude for using digital tools and technologies for telehealth services, ensuring seamless remote interactions.
