• Utilize our electronic medical record system to actively monitor, document, and communicate patient progress, ensuring adherence to their individualized treatment plans.
• Participate positively in required team meetings, discussing cases and strategies to enhance client care.
• Maintain compliance with relevant ethical codes and professional standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.
• Follow all internal policies, procedures, and protocols as dictated by the organization to provide consistent and high-quality mental health services.
• Consistently follow directives set by your supervisor, demonstrating reliability and accountability in your work schedule.
• Engage in ongoing review and adjustment of treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress toward their established goals.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will play a crucial role in facilitating therapeutic interventions that promote emotional resilience and equip young individuals with coping strategies for their daily lives. Your contributions will directly influence their emotional wellbeing and academic performance.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with adolescents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Strong aptitude for using digital tools and technologies for telehealth services, ensuring seamless remote interactions.

• Experience managing high caseloads while maintaining quality service and client-focused care.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adjust approaches according to individual client needs.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating an ability to self-manage and prioritize effectively.
• Skills in triaging tasks and delegating responsibilities as necessary to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 based on caseload and experience.
