In this remote role, you will be part of a dedicated outpatient team that focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services. Your workspace may be your home office, offering you the flexibility and comfort of working in a space that best suits your needs. Despite the remote setting, you will enjoy regular interactions with your colleagues through virtual meetings, ensuring camaraderie and teamwork remain strong. You will utilize our advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to monitor patient progress and maintain documentation efficiently, providing support for both you and your clients.

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, families, and caregivers to discuss client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule home visits, therapy sessions, and follow-up appointments to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, documenting key discussions and decisions regarding treatment plans.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress notes to track the patient's development and response to therapeutic interventions.
• Guide and train staff members on the implementation of program plans and best practices for documentation processes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies based on the patient's progress and feedback.
• Provide follow-up care through continuous engagement with patients, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and youth, facing various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes a holistic approach in managing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to handle varied case loads effectively.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practices.
• Proficient in collaborating with a healthcare team, showcasing strong communication and organizational skills.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic best practices can enhance your candidacy.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
