Adventist Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, providing essential support and services to our clients at our Detox Center in Long Beach, California. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to contribute to our Detox Center from the comfort of your home. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, using modern telehealth platforms to connect with clients and coordinate care. This virtual setting aims to provide the support our clients need while respecting their privacy and comfort levels.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for clients, ensuring that the unique needs of each client are met.
• Monitoring client outcomes and progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them with tools and strategies to enhance their loved ones' development and recovery.
• Administering various evidence-based interventions and utilizing the coaching model to foster meaningful connections and promote learning in a natural environment.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all organizational policies.

This role primarily involves working with young children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, as well as their families. You will be instrumental in helping children learn crucial skills during their formative years, focusing on cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication development. Your interventions will target empowering families with knowledge and resources to support their child's growth in alignment with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license with the capability to travel when necessary.
• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Proficiency in adapting therapy and educational techniques to accommodate various learning styles.
• A strong commitment to practicing Natural Learning Environment Principles.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

While not required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A proven track record in developing and implementing successful intervention plans for children and families.
• Experience working in a detox or mental health treatment setting.
• Knowledge of community resources available for families in need.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
