As a Mental Health Counselor, your role involves understanding and addressing the unique and often multifaceted experiences of each client, with an emphasis on respect and empathy.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting.
