• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health to establish a baseline understanding of their emotional and psychological needs.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each individual's goals and progress.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide urgent crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques to help at-risk clients regain stability.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive care strategies.
