• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices. For instance, you will assess clients' needs and leverage solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). For example, as you guide clients through their healing process, you may work on developing coping strategies for anxiety or techniques to process traumatic experiences.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures our commitment to ethical and professional practices.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing overall care and sharing insights on complex cases.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources. Your role will be crucial in empowering them with knowledge and support, which can greatly enhance their ability to cope and thrive.
• Stay current with the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field, allowing you to integrate new strategies and insights into your work.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various demographic backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our clients may seek assistance for conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Your empathetic and tailored approach is essential for fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in mental health.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding and application of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to meet clients' diverse needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate well with team members.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively address challenges and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies.
