Advanced Care Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and independently licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work from home, establish your own hours, and earn a competitive salary of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year. Your primary responsibility will involve providing telehealth mental health services to a diverse clientele, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to clients through secure video conferencing, facilitating a safe space for discussion and personal growth.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, encouraging self-reflection and insight into their mental health journey.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in setting realistic goals and developing actionable plans to achieve positive mental health outcomes.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status and create comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based solutions tailored to each individual's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are pre-screened individuals presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to focus on delivering effective support without the overwhelming demands often associated with acute cases. You will work with clients across a range of demographics, ensuring that your therapeutic approaches respect and accommodate cultural sensitivities and preferences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not eligible for this position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in providing telehealth services and working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Previous experience in developing treatment plans and conducting client evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on hours worked. You will also enjoy a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
