The Advanced Medical Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. This position requires an active license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to provide expert mental health services in a supportive remote setting. This role operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while meeting the needs of our diverse patient population. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate specific patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological status and identify suitable treatment methods.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize an array of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, fostering personal growth, and enhancing coping skills.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Assist with crisis intervention, providing immediate support and strategic interventions during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to meet legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to hone clinical skills.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting mental health therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Proven track record in conducting thorough mental health assessments and devising effective treatment strategies.
• Experience with individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Competence in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and utilizing relevant computer applications.
• A commitment to working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team while adhering to professional and ethical boundaries.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and best practices for remote counseling.
• Background in treatment modalities specific to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
