Navigate Scape Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year. • Provide therapeutic services including psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, as well as Intensive Outpatient Programs for clients coping with mental health and dual diagnosis challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM criteria, ensuring accurate assessment and determination of treatment plans in collaboration with a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Deliver diverse therapeutic modalities encompassing crisis intervention, stress management, couples and family counseling, and addictions counseling, adjusting methods based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Build and maintain thorough clinical documentation and records, including session notes, reports, and follow-up communication with relevant social agencies or family members (with client consent).
• Participate actively in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, addressing complex cases and ensuring continuity of care through coordinated psychiatric admissions when needed.
• Utilize clinical expertise to assess and monitor the efficacy of treatment plans, making real-time adjustments based on client progress and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with mental health trends, methodologies, and best practices, actively participating in team meetings and quality management initiatives.
• Comply with all organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and mandated guidelines pertaining to clinical care.

Our counseling center serves a diverse clientele including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and various dual-diagnosis challenges. • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid mental health counselor license in California is necessary for this role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions are essential.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technologies to deliver high-quality care.

• Experience working in telehealth or a remote counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with crisis intervention and working with clients in various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.
