Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the unique challenges of each client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects compliance and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case discussions and peer review sessions to enhance treatment effectiveness and service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their wellness journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments, integrating this knowledge into practice for improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
• Proficient in employing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and methodologies to create effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering evidence-based therapies in a clinical setting, particularly with diverse populations and various mental health challenges.
• Previous work in a community health clinic or similar setting, particularly in a remote capacity, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
