Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to establish personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing clients with tools to enhance their mental resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
