Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual consultations, utilizing your expertise to formulate tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring high standards of ethical practice.
• Engage in collaborative care by regularly consulting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support that addresses client needs holistically.
• Participate in ongoing case reviews and peer consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic approaches and maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research developments in mental health to further augment the quality of care you provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate these complexities, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that allows clients to grow and heal.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy, with the ability to customize interventions based on individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to develop trusting relationships with clients.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client scenarios effectively.
• A team-oriented mindset, valuing collaborative efforts within a cross-disciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting or proficiency in delivering virtual therapy services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, inclusive of potential bonuses.
