Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment for them to express their thoughts and emotions.
• Screen and assess clients to provide appropriate care, ensuring that you work exclusively with stable individuals who are facing lower-acuity challenges.

• Evaluate a variety of mental health conditions, including grief, anxiety, and stress, utilizing your clinical knowledge to inform treatment planning.

• Document client interactions and treatment updates consistently while minimizing paperwork burdens through our comprehensive support systems.

You will primarily work with emotionally struggling adults who are seeking help to navigate challenging life circumstances. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates with disciplinary actions will be disqualified.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently.
